CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for all cancelations or reschedules. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment time.

 

If your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or no-showed within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the services planned.

 

*This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full services. If you are running late please contact me and let me know.

Being more than 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule or not being able to fulfill the services requested, while still paying for the hourly session booked.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETAIL RETURN

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please reach out within 7 days of your visit. I want you to love your new look and I would be happy to adjust any issues for you at no additional cost.

 

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.

COLOR CLIENTS

Arrive to your appointment with CLEAN and DRY hair.

 

Hair needs to be dried to color it and your appointment time doesn't always allot for extra dry time at the beginning of your appointment. 

 

Dirty hair can negatively affect the outcome of your color, and can give unpredictable results. This includes heavily sweated hair and dry shampoo build up.

It will be up to my discretion to determine if your hair is clean enough to perform the service. Please be advised, this may result in an additional service, additional cost, to postponement of services.
